After I place my order, when will my order ship?

All orders have a 1-2 business day lead time after processing payment. Orders placed during a holiday will have a lead time of 3-4 business days after processing payment. 

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes.
 

Do you ship to military locations?

Yes, we can ship to military locations.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the U.S. only.

The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?

Once an order has shipped, Nature's Rootz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Why isn't the tracking number working?

If your package just shipped, please allow at least one to two business days for the carrier to update their site with all tracking information.

What is your refund policy?

We issue refunds for any product that is damaged during shipment. Please include a photo of the item and email support@naturesrootz.com.

How do I update/cancel my order?

Please email us at support@naturesrootz.com. Have your order number ready. If the order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.
