Orders & Processing

How long does it take to process an order?
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package.


Shipping & Delivery

What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping ($5.95) — Delivery in 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping ($11.95) — Delivery in 1–3 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before tax)

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

These timeframes begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $50 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping (3–5 business days). The order total must be $50 after discounts and before tax.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the United States.


Shipping Issues & Delays

What if my order is delayed?
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods. Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delays are outside of our control.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You are also welcome to reach out to us at support@naturesrootz.com for assistance.

Yes. Nature’s Rootz products are crafted using plant-based ingredients, oils, and botanicals designed to support healthy hair and skin.

Where can I find ingredients for each product?
Full ingredient lists are available on each product page under the “Ingredients” section.

How should I use your products?
Usage instructions are included on each product page. In general, our oils, scrubs, and body products are designed to be incorporated into your regular self-care routine based on your needs.
