🛍️ Refunds for Damaged Items
We offer refunds only for items that arrive damaged during shipment.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your refund quickly, include:
Your order number
A photo of the damaged item
A photo of the shipping box and packaging
Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. In some cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund.
🚫 Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please reach out immediately after placing it. We will do our best to help, but if your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
📦 Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. Only damaged items qualify for a refund.
⌛ Refund Processing Time
Once your refund is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or card statement. Times may vary depending on your financial institution.
